Refund Policy
We want you to love your Festlife gear — but if something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Return postage is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty)

To request a return, just email us at [info@festlife.ie] with your order number.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the return.
Note: We can’t accept returns on used or hygiene-sensitive items like face gems.
